Guest Wi-Fi SMS Opt-In Flow

Purpose

This document provides Prime Controls branded proof of consent for Twilio toll-free verification. It shows the guest-facing opt-in example and explains how visitors request a one-time SMS link for Cisco Spaces Guest Wi-Fi onboarding.

Opt-In Flow

1. Visitor connects to the Prime Controls Guest Wi-Fi SSID.

2. Visitor is redirected to the Cisco Spaces captive portal.

3. Visitor sees the Prime Controls branded portal page and SMS consent language.

4. Visitor voluntarily enters their mobile phone number.

5. Visitor selects Continue to request a one-time SMS link.

6. Cisco Spaces sends the one-time SMS link through Twilio.

7. Visitor taps the link to complete guest Wi-Fi onboarding.

Important Notes
