Purpose

This document explains how visitors consent to receive a one-time SMS message from Prime Controls for Guest Wi-Fi access using the Cisco Spaces captive portal.

Guest Wi-Fi SMS Opt-In Flow

Visitors connect to the Prime Controls Guest Wi-Fi SSID and are redirected to a Cisco Spaces captive portal. On the portal, the visitor enters their mobile phone number and selects Continue to request a one-time SMS verification link for guest Wi-Fi access. SMS is only sent after the visitor voluntarily enters their mobile number and submits the form.

By entering your mobile number and selecting Continue, you agree to receive a one-time SMS from Prime Controls with a link to complete guest Wi-Fi access. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. This SMS is for guest Wi-Fi access only and is not marketing.

Message Purpose

The SMS message is used only for transactional Guest Wi-Fi verification and access. It is not used for marketing, promotional messaging, recurring campaigns, or third-party messaging.

Wi-Fi Terms of Use - SMS Verification and Consent

·         To access the Prime Controls Guest Wi-Fi service, you may be asked to enter your mobile phone number through the Cisco Spaces captive portal.

·         By entering your mobile number and selecting Continue, you agree to receive a one-time SMS message from Prime Controls containing a link to complete guest Wi-Fi access. Standard message and data rates may apply.

·         This SMS message is used only for guest Wi-Fi verification and access. It is not used for marketing or promotional messaging.

·         For assistance, reply HELP to the number from which you received the message or contact your Prime Controls host. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. If you reply STOP, you may not be able to complete SMS-based guest Wi-Fi verification.

·         Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
